Steven
M. Fink, Managing Partner/Co-Founder
Mr. Fink began his career in the conferencing industry
in 1988 by opening the New York office of ConferTech
International, Inc., an OEM and service provider based
in Denver, CO. In seven years there, he oversaw growth
of that business from $3MM to over $50MM in annual
sales. During that time he was a pioneer in the
development of conferencing service applications for the
Investor Relations/Financial Communications marketplace.
He has extensive experience in the coordination of
shareholder/media related communications for publicly
held companies. Prior to founding MessageBank, LLC. to
provide "event" conferencing services in 1998, Mr. Fink
was a managing partner of The Castle Group, Inc., a
software consulting firm specializing in the
implementation of Customer Relationship Management
solutions for mid-market companies. Mr. Fink received a
bachelors degree from Franklin & Marshall College in
1987 and an MBA from Fordham University in 1995.
Ken Gesund, Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Ken joined MessageBank in April 2002 as Vice President
of Business Development. Ken is responsible for the
development and implementation of channel partnerships,
IR sales & marketing and corporate development strategy.
Prior to coming to MessageBank, Ken was an associate in
the Investment Banking Division at Merrill Lynch. Ken
completed graduate coursework in financial analysis and
accounting at New York University and holds a Bachelor
of Arts Degree in History and Finance. Ken resides in
New Jersey.
Keith Peters, Director – Sales/Business Development
Keith joined MessageBank in 2007 and brings extensive
experience selling multimedia communications solutions
to the corporate marketplace. Having spent 7 years
helping to build the sales organization of ECI
Conference Calling Services based in Wayne, NJ, Keith
has hands-on experience coordinating the highest level
and most complex corporate communications applications
for a wide range of public and privately held companies
across all industry sectors. His responsibilities
include managing global client events across multiple
technology platforms.
